Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://topnotchhousekeeping.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Top Notch Housekeeping reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, Move-Out Cleaning, Move-In Cleaning provided by Top Notch Housekeeping. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by Top Notch Housekeeping or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
End of Use. Top Notch Housekeeping may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. Top Notch Housekeeping disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Damages. Top Notch Housekeeping is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Top Notch Housekeeping from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under MS law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in MS for any related dispute.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
